Calling this season dismal for the Sacramento Kings would be an upgrade from the horror show it's become. Things have gotten even worse after back-to-back losses to the Portland Trail Blazers, as the Kings are now dead last in the Western Conference and closing in on dead last in the league.
At this point, the 2025-2026 NBA season is 34% complete for the Kings. They have played 28 games so far with a record of six wins and 22 losses. That means Sacramento fans still have to suffer through 54 more games before they can breathe a sigh of relief and consider their life choices.
