According to Real GM, the Kings recently worked out Mychel Thompson, the older brother of Warriors’ shooting guard Klay Thomspon.
Mychel and Seth formed the #SCSplashBrothers duo that represented a game similar to their NBA counterparts. Together they brought the city of Santa Cruz it’s first ever D-League Championship. Thompson averaged throughout his career in the D-League 11.4 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game.
In the video posted below, the athletic ability and energy of Mychel are clearly shown. With a lack of enthusiasm and energy being pain points for the Kings, he would be an asset in that department.
