The Sacramento Kings need a solid 3&D player. To be fair, they already have one in Keon Ellis, but the Kings don't seem to like playing him. Sacramento does have another option down in the G League, though, and Daeqwon Plowden has been making some serious noise on the Stockton Kings.
Another undrafted player like his Stockton teammate Dylan Cardwell, Plowden is on a two-way contract with Sacramento. The difference between him and Cardwell is that Daeqwon has played on several G League teams in the last few years and bounced between multiple NBA franchises.
Plowden's NBA journey started in the 2022 Summer League when he played with the Pelicans.
