Pretty much all of the Sacramento Kings' current problems can be traced to current co-owner Vivek Ranadive. And things won't get better until he sells the team. The right owner is LeBron James, and he could take over when he finally retires from the court sometime in the next decade or two.
Since becoming co-owner of the Kings in 2013, Ranadive has been notorious around the league for how involved he is in the operations of his franchise. That includes every aspect of the team, who is on the roster, and how it has been developed over the past several seasons.
