With the draft order settled we can finally start diving into mock drafts. Landing at the second pick takes away some of the mystery, as it’s widely assumed the Sacramento Kings will select either DeAndre Ayton or Luka Doncic with the choice being dependent on which player the Phoenix Suns select. There’s no consensus first overall pick at this point, but the top two is pretty much agreed upon for now. That said, it’s still fun to take a look around the interwebs and see what analysts are saying.
Ayton is a physical freak in the vein of Dwight Howard or DeAndre Jordan, yet he comes with a rare skill level for someone with his package of extreme size and athleticism.
