Q: We talked in the offseason about all the hoopla that accompanied Jim Harbaugh's hiring. Has it been as intense during the season? What's the biggest difference(s) under Harbaugh? He seems like a ... unique guy. What's he like to cover on a daily basis?
A: I think the intensity surrounding just Harbaugh himself has slowed a bit, as there's plenty of football for fans to focus on and players to pay attention to.
