PISCATAWAY -- Who would have guessed that defending Big Ten West Division champion Iowa would be the team limping into a Week 4 matchup against Rutgers?
OK, that might be an overstatement.
But Iowa certainly doesn't seem invincible anymore after suffering a last-second 23-21 loss to North Dakota State that is certain to lead to a tumble from No. 13 in the national rankings -- perhaps all the way out of the polls.
Meanwhile, Rutgers is coming off its second double-digit comeback win in as many weeks, though the truth is that North Dakota State -- the five-time defending FCS national champions -- is a superior team to both of Rutgers' last two opponents (Howard and New Mexico).
