Carnell Davis was a top recruit in New Jersey’s Class of 2021 at the wide receiver position. According to 247Sports, Davis had nearly two dozen offers, but chose to commit to Rutgers in February. He chose the Scarlet Knights over the likes of Auburn, Baylor, Oregon, Penn State, and UCF, among others.
Davis announced on Twitter on Monday that he will be transferring to Eau Gallie in Melbourne, Florida. He will begin in the summer and enroll at Rutgers in December.
