PISCATAWAY -- Since arriving in the Big Ten, Rutgers has won just five of 27 games. The Scarlet Knights have never produced a Big Ten winning streak, following up the 2014 Michigan win with a loss at Ohio State, the 2014 Indiana win with a loss at Michigan State, the 2014 Maryland regular-season finale win with a loss at Penn State the following year and the 2015 Indiana win with a loss to Ohio State.
One week after snapping its 16-game losing streak with a convincing triumph over Illinois, Rutgers will try to make it two straight this Saturday, when it hosts Purdue for a Big Ten noon affair at High Point Solutions Stadium.
