For the second time in less than a month, a four-star quarterback recruit in the class of 2016 is going to pick from a narrowed list of suitors that includes Rutgers.
Dwayne Haskins Jr., a South Brunswick native who attends Bullis School in Potomac, Md., posted to his Twitter account that he will announce his college decision at 3 p.m. Friday.
Haskins is ranked as the No. 4 pro-style quarterback and No. 68 overall player player in the nation by Rivals.com and as the No. 12 overall quarterback by Scout.com.
Rutgers came up just short last month when Bergen Catholic star Jarrett Guarantano, whose is ranked behind Haskins by Rivals.
