Will Ray Rice ever make Rutgers Athletics Hall of Fame? Pat Hobbs says...

PISCATAWAY -- Ray Rice's inclusion in his hometown's Walk of Fame sparked a controversy ... and raised a question: Will he ever get into his alma mater's athletics Hall of Fame?

Rutgers announced its eight-member 2017 Athletics Hall of Fame class Monday, with former athletics director Bob Mulcahy and former quarterback Ray Lucas representing the football program.
