A four-star recruit originally out of Old Bridge, Sitkowski looks good on the hoof, has a huge arm, the overall arm talent to go along with it and strong mechanics. Hence, the 6-4, 220-pounder has all the physical tools needed to compete at Rutgers from day one. And with a spring to prepare, he'll have a shot to do just that. But in the end, it'll all come down to whether or not he can get the offense down and learn to see the game fast enough to compete against Power 5 competition early on.
