Saxton is a large-framed prototypical FBS quarterback with pro-style size and tools. The 6-5, 190-pounder holds seven total offers, with Rutgers being the latest as the Knights offered on March 6. His other offers include Memphis, Tulane and a handful of FCS opportunities. Hence, Rutgers is likely his strongest option. But it remains to be seen whether Rutgers is truly looking to take two quarterbacks in this class -- with Barringer's (Newark, N.J.) Zamar Wise already in the fold -- or if it is continuing to recruit the position as insurance.
