Unlike most sports, the Big Ten doesn't separate its All-conference team in women's lacrosse by first-, second- or third-team. Instead, the league announces one All-Big Ten team and the Rutgers women's lacrosse team had two players earn spots:

A senior midfielder, Kristina Dunphey appeared in all 16 games for the Scarlet Knights this past season, leading the team in points (43) and goals (31) and scoring multiple goals nine times, including a five-goal outburst on March 15 against Manhattan.
