Although unable to actually land every top prospect it would like, the Rutgers football program has been named in a number of players' lists of top schools, showing the perception of the program could be back on the rise. There are a number of recruits throughout the country that Rutgers has a chance with, but we'll focus on targets that have officially added Rutgers to their cut down lists, and analyze where Rutgers stands within those top groups.
