Rutgers coach Chris Ash has his own issues casting a cloud over his program as training camp began on Friday, but he was also asked to comment on a scandal that has engulfed his former boss and team.
Ash was a co-defensive coordinator at Ohio State in 2015 when head coach Urban Meyer, now on paid administrative leave, is alleged to have potentially turned a blind eye to domestic violence allegations against a since-fired assistant coach.
Ash's full comments are in the video above, but he said, "I can't tell you who knew what, when, any of that type of stuff," while acknowledging he was there, as well as discussing where Rutgers stands on such issues.
