Rutgers men’s basketball head coach Steve Pikiell made his first appearance on the Big Ten stage at the conference’s Media Day in Washington D.C. late this morning. Today marks his 200th day on the job and he reflected on a lot of the changes that have taken place since he took over the program. He was upbeat and positive, fielding a few questions from the media. I was fortunate to ask coach about whether the team has progressed as much as he had hoped for at this point, both from a conditioning standpoint and in terms of how he wants them to play on the court.
