Poly Prep (Brooklyn, N.Y.) three-star defensive tackle Jason Blissett, now a 6-3, 280-pounder, has seen his recruitment take off since the spring, as he's grown into a true top regional recruit.
Friday, he made his collegiate pick: The University of Miami.
The Hurricanes got involved in Blissett's recruitment late. However, the program did enough to get him to campus for its Paradise camp in August, which led to an offer and his eventual pledge.
Meanwhile, late offers from Texas A&M, Florida, Indiana, UCF and Tennessee -- which offered Friday (today) -- also made the decision a difficult one.
