It gave on Monday.
One year after signing eight new players -- including six Division I or junior college transfers -- Rutgers has granted transfer releases to four players, including its three top scorers from this past season.
All-Big Ten Honorable Mention guard Shrita Parker, Kandiss Barber, who was part of the influx and the exodus, and sisters Ashli and Aliyah Jeune won't be part of the new-look 2017-18 team.
"I have met with each player and they have informed me of their plans to transfer to other schools," coach C.
