"Rutgers is my No. 1 school as of right now," the Tottenville High School star told StateOfRutgers.com. "It's a beautiful university, from top to bottom. I love the coaching staff. I love what Coach Ash is doing with the program. He's definitely up to something and you can tell that Rutgers is moving in the right direction right now."
Barrow is in constant contact with team assistant Bill Busch and he says that he has a good rapport with everyone at RU. The wide receiver also speaks with coaches at Boston College quite frequently and there are other schools in the mix for his services, including Temple and Syracuse.
