Rutgers football has brought Jovani Haskins back to New Jersey, as the Bergenfield native and former top five recruit in the state is transferring home. The Knight Report and Scarlet Nation were first to report the news and Haskins changed his Twitter profile to indicate he was now a Scarlet Knight.
After passing on RU initially to go to Miami, Haskins transferred to West Virginia after one season. He went on to earn Third Team All-Big XII honors as a redshirt sophomore in 2018 in a season when he produced 16 catches for 148 yards and a touchdown.
