PISCATAWAY -- There is a tattoo of a clock dial on Hunter Hayek's left shoulder, with the two hands set to numbers to mark his birthday.
"It means don't take your time for granted," Hayek told NJ Advance Media. "It's in school, in football, in life. Time is short. Every opportunity you have, make it the best."
Though he got the ink in high school, the message behind it certainly applies to Hayek's first few months at Rutgers.
