LINCOLN, Neb. -- Rutgers star playmaker Janarion Grant is not expected to play against Nebraska after a week in which he was non-contact at practice, a source told NJ Advance Media.
He was not with Rutgers' other skill players on field during pregame warm-ups at Memorial Stadium. Rutgers had not released its official travel roster as of 45 minutes before kickoff.
Grant leads Rutgers in receptions (12), receiving yards (113) and all-purpose yards (286) but he hasn't demonstrated the same level of explosiveness that he showed in 2016.

Rutgers and Nebraska both are teetering at 1-2.
