There are a number of in-state guys Rutgers will be involved with in this class, but I see them doing a majority of their work out-of-state judging by which recruits the staff is off to the best start with as the new recruiting cycle commences. But I could see New York being a factor this year as there are a number of guys Rutgers is in contention for -- guys like Qadir White, Zihir Lacewell, Sean Ryan, Atrilleon Williams and Lucas Nunez.
