The Rutgers women’s basketball team has gotten off to a very good start to its 2017-18 season. After one week, the women sit at a 3-0 record. They’ve won all three games by an average of 18 points per game. It’s only the second time that the program has ever opened the season with three consecutive road wins.
They kicked off their season on Friday, Nov. 10 when they played at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. Tyler Scaife led the lady Knights with 26 points on 7-17 shooting.
Caitlin Jenkins had the most impressive performance coming off the bench.
