PISCATAWAY -- Rutgers likely wouldn't be a three-touchdown-plus underdog against the Washington team that started last season or the team that played the middle portion of last season's schedule.
But Top 25 voters and oddsmakers alike are bullish on Washington and its 16 returning starters after consecutive season-ending comfortable wins against Oregon State (52-7), Washington State (45-10) and Southern Miss in the Heart of Dallas Bowl (44-31).
Will the real Washington please stand up?
"We didn't break down all their games, but we broke down a majority of them from the beginning, the middle and the end just to see the differences in the football team," Rutgers coach Chris Ash said.
