PISCATAWAY -- In hindsight, Rutgers' 48-13 loss to Washington last season doesn't look so bad.
Not compared with some of the other blowout losses on the 2016 schedule. And not considering Washington reached the College Football Playoff with one regular-season loss.
But that doesn't mean Rutgers is ready to live with a repeat performance at 8 p.m. tonight when No. 8 Washington visits High Point Solutions Stadium.
Expectations are for new-look (at least on offense) Rutgers to be much improved.
Here is the keys to the game, an X-factor and an interesting fact about the game.
