Coming off a blowout loss to Penn State that essentially knocked Michigan out of the Big Ten title race, Wolverines wide receiver Grant Perry said, "If we all stayed disappointed, it wouldn't be good for this week. We all agreed we are going to move on and take our frustrations out on Rutgers."
A not-frustrated Michigan beat Rutgers, 78-0, last season.
But Michigan (5-2, 2-2) clearly is not as good now as it was then.
