So the second-year Rutgers coach knows great college football rivalries from his time as a defensive coach at Ohio State, Arkansas, Wisconsin and Iowa State.
The younger Rutgers fan doesn't share that same exposure. At least not since Rutgers stopped playing Princeton in the 1970s and eventually joined the Big East and later the Big Ten.
