After trailing early, only to seize control of the game in the second and third quarters, No. 7 seed Rutgers fell to no. 10 Buffalo 82-71 in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday evening. They were outscored in the fourth quarter 23-10, after holding a 4 point lead with 9 minutes to play.
