The fall semester hasn't started yet, but its final exam week for Rutgers quarterbacks.
That's because offensive coordinator Jerry Kill finally put out a timetable for naming a starter in the competition between Giovanni Rescigno, Kyle Bolin and Johnathan Lewis.
"I don't want to wait until two days before (the season opener) to announce it," Kill told Big Ten Network on Tuesday. "I think our team needs to know who that quarterback is going to be, so I'm hoping we can decide in a week or so."
