Rutgers' new coaching staff plans to make dramatic changes to the team's schemes, but one thing will remain constant: The Scarlet Knights will continue to be aggressive on special teams.
Rutgers has blocked 44 kicks since 2009, which is the most in the nation during that span. New special teams coordinator Vince Okruch wants blocking kicks to remain a strength.
"To go into the team that has the most blocks of any college team in the last (seven) years, you bet we're going to feed on that," Okruch said in an interview with NJ Advance Media.
