PISCATAWAY — Rutgers held its second intrasquad scrimmage of spring camp Saturday, pitting its offensive and defensive units against each other inside the practice bubble. With a few hundred coaches watching on the final day of the Rutgers Football Coaches Clinic, special teams coordinator Vince Okruch said the offense won the day.
"That's not what we want,'' Okruch said. "I thought our energy was high, I thought our effort was high. But at the end of the day the offense won today. So we have to look at what we need to improve upon.
