It's officially summer. Football isn't here yet. Neither is hoops. But remember, we have lots of sports at Rutgers. Here's some updates.
B1G Athlete of the Year Nominees
Wrestling's Anthony Ashnault and women's basketball's Betnijah Laney are the Rutgers nominees for Big Ten Male and Female Athlete of the Year. The award will be announced today and we will update this when the announcement is made.
R Shore Tour
It all starts next week on July 2. Athletics' outreach to the Garden State this summer, the R Shore Tour kicks off in the southern section of the state - take that, Temple!
