On a very wet Saturday evening last week, BTN broadcast a demonstration of what happens when too many crises hit a football team in a short period of time. It was not meant to be a demonstration, it was meant to be a football game. However, hope that there would be a football game vanished relatively early in the broadcast.
A combination of dismissal of six players for assault and home invasion charges, injury to the best player on defense, suspension of the best player on offense, and the suspension of the head coach proved too much for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
