Kyle Bolin had a bad day, to put it mildly, in his second start for Rutgers. The quarterback completed 17 of 37 passes for 198 yards with two touchdowns, and his two interceptions included an unthinkable throw that led to a 71-yard return when Rutgers had a chance to take the lead in the fourth quarter.
