PISCATAWAY - One after another, the Rutgers quarterbacks stepped up to the line and threw passes during the first drill of football training camp. Returning starter Gio Rescigno was followed by Louisville grad-transfer Kyle Bolin, freshman Johnathan Lewis and fifth-year senior Zach Allen.
But when they stepped behind the offensive line to run plays without a defense, it was Bolin who took the first few snaps.
