Rutgers names 6 captains | Chris Ash: 'These men exemplify what it means to be a Scarlet Knight'

Ash named fifth-year senior cornerback Isaiah Wharton, fifth-year senior safety Saquan Hampton, senior linebacker Deonte Roberts, fifth-year senior quarterback Gio Rescigno, fifth-year senior left tackle Tariq Cole and fourth-year junior right guard Jonah Jackson as his 2018 captains.

“These men,’’ Ash said, via Twitter, “ exemplify what it means to be a Scarlet Knight.’’
