Wednesday, Rutgers' recruiting class of 2018 took its second hit in two days -- after losing to the Ohio State Buckeyes 56-0 at home -- when Cartersville (Ga.) three-star wide receiver E.J. Turner announced his decommitment.
Turner's announcement come on the heels of California three-star quarterback Sean Chambers', who decommitted Monday.
Both prospects are from out-of-state, and neither has any significant ties to the program, which likely has led to them opening things back up.

Leading up to the Scarlet Knights' bout against the Buckeyes, Rutgers head football coach Chris Ash received a huge recruiting win, landing a player who could potentially be the future at quarterback.
