PISCATAWAY -- While one of his older brothers has a Super Bowl ring, Tom Flacco took a step Thursday toward adding something new to the distinguished family resume by returning to his home state with an eye on the Big Ten.
Tom Flacco is transferring from Western Michigan to Rutgers, according to multiple reports confirmed by NJ Advance Media. He is the younger brother of Baltimore Ravens star Joe Flacco as well as two other former college football players John (Stanford) and Mike (New Haven).
He is the 12th FBS transfer in 20 months for Chris Ash as Rutgers becomes a desirable second-chance landing spot.
