Rutgers' Jawuan Harris ranks 2nd in Big Ten in home runs | 'I love that football mentality'

PISCATAWAY -- During his high school playing days, Joe Litterio was an All-Union County wide receiver for Cranford. Before making the decision to play baseball at Rutgers, Litterio had a scholarship offer to play football at Delaware.

The ability to play multiple sports -- particularly baseball and football -- is an ingredient Litterio looks for in players on the recruiting trail.

"I love the football mentality,'' Litterio said. "If everybody on my team could've played high school football, I'd love that.
