Rutgers head coach Chris Ash is making a habit of showing Hillside (N.J.) three-star linebacker Brian Ugwu just how bad he wants him at Rutgers.
Ash attended Hillside's game against Cranford in October, where Ugwu carried the ball six times for 157 yards an one TD. He also had 12 tackles and two sacks in his team's big 39-10 win.

Fast forward one month, and Ugwu is a back-to-back state champion, still high on Rutgers' radar.
