The Rutgers Gymnastics team returned to action after upending #25 Ohio State last week in the Big Five Meet. This weekend’s contest featured new #25 North Carolina State and Brown alongside host New Hampshire. It was below freezing outside and the judges took more time to warm up than the athletes.
Balance Beam
The Scarlet Knights began the event on balance beam. Kaitlyn Hall led it off with a 9.725, her best effort of the season. Jenna Rizkalla did even better with a 9.750, 8th place overall, a career-high, and sign of things to come.
