Rutgers gymnastics was in Philadelphia this past weekend and battled shorthanded for a tough finish. Hopefully the team regroups quickly because the biggest meet of the season up to this point is at the RAC Saturday. Rutgers hosts No. 7 Michigan, No. 22 Minnesota, No. 25 Penn State, and Iowa at approximately 5:30 pm. The rest of the conference squads are at Michigan State.
The top three marks will be placed in the night session and the lower two taking part in the earlier portion at the 2018 Big Ten Championships next weekend in Illinois. Rutgers will open Saturday with a bye before taking to the apparatus in the following order: floor exercise, vault, uneven bars, and balance beam.
