Mitchell is a play-maker, who can affect the game in multiple facets (as well as from multiple positions), and he'll be expected to contribute to Rutgers' offense once he becomes eligible in the spring of 2017. Mitchell is the big, athletic down-field threat that Rutgers needs to open up the power spread and make like easier for everyone involved. So there should be no shortage of opportunity for him to produce immediately. It will all come down to how Mitchell utilizes this second chance following alleged poor decision-making at Michigan.
