Chris Ash made a decision long ago to confront an inherited NCAA investigation into Rutgers football head-on when it came to recruiting conversations.
Now, the NCAA is requiring he do so.
As part of a two-year probation sentence, Rutgers is required to notify recruits of what happened within the program under former coach Kyle Flood and what penalties were issued because of it.
