Tottenville High School cornerback/wide receiver Tim Barrow made his commitment to Rutgers University official today, signing his National Letter of Intent.
Barrow announced his commitment on May 5th, choosing Rutgers over his other offers from schools such as Boston College, Buffalo, and Massachusetts.
Tim Barrow is a consensus 3-star recruit who is classified as an athlete on most recruiting platforms, but specifically as a cornerback on a few others. According to 247Sports, he is the 6th ranked corner in the state of New York. He is the 2nd ranked athlete in the state according to Scout.
