The third leg of the Rutgers East Coast Elite camp came and went Saturday, with over 700 recruits migrating to Piscataway to be evaluated by coaches from Rutgers, Pitt, Temple, Army, Villanova, Buffalo and elsewhere. There were tons of underrated and 2-3 offer guys in attendance, as well as underclassman recruits just now approaching the radar.
