Gus Edwards has paved an unlikely path from undrafted free agent to making the practice squad to becoming the starting running back for the Baltimore Ravens, all since this past April. After having a productive final season at Rutgers last fall as a graduate transfer from Miami, Edwards has worked his way from NFL longshot to now being the featured back for a playoff contender.
After playing sparingly for four games after being called up from the practice squad in October, the Ravens are 4-1 in the past five contests that Edwards has received the majority of the carries out of the backfield.
