A little more than a year after Rutgers athletics made the switch from Nike to Adidas, the football team will be wearing a different uniform than last season. On Monday afternoon, the program tweeted a first look of the new uniform. Check it out here.
The three stripes on the sleeves and the pants are the most notable differences from last season, which featured simple jerseys and pants without any design. The New Jersey state logo remains on the back of the jersey just below the neck, while a block R is added at the top of the front center on the neckline.
